Rovena Aga - Creative Director
Our Creative Director, Rovena Aga specializes in the conception and design of electronic media. With over six years of experience as a full time freelancer working for various clients before joining BAM Strategy, she now heads our creative design team in-house. In the past she has worked for such advertising agencies as J. Walter Thompson. In her spare time Rovena enjoys painting, particularly flora still lifes.

Daryll Antonishak - Business Development Manager
As BAM Strategy's Business Development Manager, Daryll is often the first point of contact between our agency and new BAM Strategy clients. Skilled at initiating new approaches with which to expand a business on the web, Daryll brings over 6 years of sales and marketing experience to BAM. Originally from Vancouver, he spends his free time producing electronic music and designing clothing.

Calin Birlean - Technical Director
For the past 3 years, Calin Birlean has worked as BAM Strategy's IT Software Engineer. Calin is responsible for developing database systems, preparing prototypes of software to be used online, and improving the computing processes for the back-end of all of our web development projects. Aside from his professional activities, Calin loves the challenge of a good game of chess.

Chris Emergui - President
As President of BAM Strategy, Chris Emergui brings his seven years of Internet industry experience to the online advertising community. Chris is dedicated to the continuous development of the industry through education at all levels speaking at over twenty industry events such as Internet World, Online to Profit, McGill Executive E-Commerce Conference, and E-Loyalty. Chris was a winner of the BDC Young Entrepreneur of the Year award 2000 in Ottawa.

Richard Nguyen - Web Production Manager
Richard Nguyen heads up our in-house web production team. In addition to lending his expertise in HTML programming, Richard manages the technical development of all online projects, including micro sites, portals and online contests. Richard also has a second degree black belt in Taekwon-Do and teaches at a club which he founded in Laval, Quebec.

Mimma Papalia - Comptroller
At the center of the BAM Strategy operation is Mimma Papalia, our methodical Comptroller. Mimma handles all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable at BAM Strategy and ensures that the financial side of our agency always runs smoothly. Mimma is an avid cook and adores spending time with her children.
